What to expect
We hire for potential over pedigree. Most of our early hires will be people at the start of their careers sharp, curious, and ready to build. We would rather shape good engineers than inherit someone else's habits.
You will work on real products with real users from day one. Our stack is deliberately consistent fewer tools, deeper expertise, less context switching. When you join, you learn one way of doing things well, not ten ways of doing things adequately.
We are a small team building for the long term. There is no bureaucracy, no performance theatre, and no arbitrary hierarchy. What you build here will matter to the people using it and to the company we are becoming.
